In March 1988 he graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the State University of Milan with full marks and honours.

At the same University he specialized in Cardiology with honors and perfected himself in the following courses: Academic Year 1997/1998 in Implantology and Dental Prosthesis at the San Raffaele Hospital (Prof.R.Ciancaglini); Academic Year 1998/1999 in Rehabilitation Techniques of Cranio Cervico Mandibular Dysfunctions at the Policlinico Hospital (Prof.S.Santoro); Academic Year 1999/2000 in Periodontal Surgery at the San Paolo Hospital in Milan (Prof.R. Weinstein).

In 2016 Dr. Cianci concluded with full marks the five-year post-university Advanced School of Aesthetic Medicine at the SMIEM in Milan (School of Medicine with Aesthetic Address of the Agora of Milan, Prof. A. Massirone) : in recent years Dr. Cianci has developed extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and bone regenerative using platelet growth factors (PRGF®) according to the method of Dr. Eduardo Anitua (BTI Biotechnology Institute, Spain) applied to implantology, bone reconstruction of the jaws and aesthetic medicine.
